Atlanta-based Rubicon Global has partnered with Petaluma, Calif.-based World Centric, a leading supplier of certified compostable foodservice products, to promote their shared sustainability vision of a zero waste world.

Rubicon is constantly working toward diverting more waste from landfills and empowering independent businesses by creating new partnerships and generating new ideas.

“Rubicon works with many restaurants, convenience stores and other businesses in foodservice to find innovative solutions for their waste,” Rubicon CEO Nate Morris said in a press release. “Sharing World Centric’s products with our customers is one more way we can help them keep trash out of landfills and operate more sustainably.”

With this new partnership, the duo will explore ways to connect with other business’ growing customer base to help spread awareness around their shared vision.

“World Centric is committed to reducing waste,” World Centric CEO Aseem Das said in a press release. “We believe our compostable products and Rubicon’s organics diversion and recycling model both represent major steps toward that goal, and we look forward to working together to create a more sustainable world.”
