Pennsylvania DEP Cancels WTE Plant Permit

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has pulled the waste management permit for a firm that had planned a waste-to-energy plan in Allentown.
Delta Thermo Energy Inc. had proposed a 48,000-square-foot waste-to-energy facility along Little Lehigh Creek.
