WWETT Show Day Two Preview: Keynote Speaker, Expo Hall Grand Opening, Welcome Party

The day opens with Keynote Rocky Bleier at 8 a.m. at the Sagamore Ballroom on Level 2.

In this captivating talk, Rocky shares his remarkable journey from the battlefields of Vietnam to the hallowed fields of the NFL, a journey punctuated by setbacks, injuries, and unyielding determination.

Get ready for a SHOOT OUT like no other with NAWT! This year our contestants will participate in an exciting, interactive scavenger hunt right within the heart of the Expo Hall beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday. Of course, that's not all! They'll put their sharp eyes and skills to the test with our pre-trip truck inspection challenge. Finally, our SHOOT OUT contest winner will be announced at 1:00 pm on Saturday, Jan. 27.

Back by popular demand, the NOWRA - the National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association, will be conducting the National Backhoe ROE-D-HOE® Championship Competition in Booth #1213 starting at 9 a.m.

The ROE-D-HOE® competition is a three-day open event where attendees who are skilled backhoe operators compete by using the backhoe bucket to skillfully and smoothly move small objects such as a golf ball or bowling pin in an extreme race against time. The competition is timed and will culminate with the contestants with the top three times winning belt buckles in addition to up to $1,000 in cash prizes.

Join us for our first Spanish course - TH07 - El futuro de las Infraestructuras en Centroamérica y Sudamérica (Future of Infrastructure in Central & South America) - at 9:30 a.m. followed by a special Spanish attendee happy hour at 11 a.m. in Booth 1443.
