AGREEMENTS

The Waste Equipment Technology Association (WASTEC), Washington, D.C., has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Washington, D.C.-based U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), which makes USAID's Global Technology Network (GTN) available to WASTEC members for free.

Houston-based Waste Management Inc. has signed a three-year agreement with John Deere Construction and Forestry Co., Moline, Ill. John Deere will supply four-wheel-drive loaders and other equipment, such as the 304H and 644H waste handlers, to Waste Management for its transfer stations, recycling centers and landfill operations.

EarthShell Corp., Santa Barbara, Calif., has announced an agreement to supply EarthShell packaging to Cornell University, Ithaca, N.Y.
