Allied Waste Offers $750 Million in Senior Notes

Scottsdale, Ariz. -- Allied Waste Industries Inc. has announced that its subsidiary, Allied Waste North America (AWNA) Inc., has completed its offering of $750 million of 8.50-percent senior notes, due in 2008. AWNA has used the proceeds from the sale of the notes to repay portions of term loans.
