Lake Forest, Ill. -- Stericycle Inc. has reported net income of $6.3 million for the third quarter of 2001, compared with net income of $3.4 million for the same quarter last year. The company also has reported revenue of $91.3 million, compared with revenue of $81.1 million for the same quarter last year; gross profit of $36.5 million, compared with gross profit of $31.9 million for the same quarter last year; and operating income of $19.7 million, compared with operating income of $15.7 million for the same quarter last year.
