Composting Council Begins Third Year of Testing Assurance Program

Hauppauge, N.Y. -- The U.S. Composting Council (USCC) has announced it is accepting applications for participation in the 2002 Seal of Testing Assurance (STA) program. STA currently has 60 participating composting facilities and more than 1.7 million cubic yards of compost under certification.
