Bellevue, Wash. -- SCS Engineers, Long Beach, Calif., has been awarded a $10 million, 5-year contract to provide long-term operations, maintenance and monitoring (OM&M) services at hazardous, toxic and radioactive waste (HTRW) treatment facilities managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
