Shaw Agrees To Buy IT Group

Pittsburgh -- Several units of the IT Group Inc. have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, and the company has agreed to let Shaw Group Inc., Baton Rouge, La., buy all of its assets in exchange for approximately $105 million and the assumption of debt.
