U.S. Plastic Lumber 2001 Revenue, Income Decrease

Boca Raton, Fla. -- U.S. Plastic Lumber Corp. has announced Q4 revenues for 2001 of $37.8 million, compared with revenues of $49 million for the same quarter the previous year; an operating loss of $21.6 million, compared with an operating loss of $8.3 million for the same quarter the previous year; and a net loss of $26.8 million, compared with a net loss of $10.2 million for the same quarter in the previous fiscal year.

The company also reported revenues for the year ended Dec. 31, 2001, of $174.1 million, compared with revenues of $173.7 million for 2000; an operating loss of $34.6 million, compared with an operating loss of $5.9 million in 2000; and a net loss of $48.2 million, compared with a net loss of $13.3 million in 2000.
