U.S. Plastic Lumber to Sell Environmental and Recycling Unit

Boca Raton, Fla. -- U.S. Plastic Lumber Corp. has announced that it will sell its environmental services and recycling division, Clean Earth Inc., to New CEI Inc., an investment group, for $45 million in cash and $5 million in preferred stock in order to reduce its debt.
