Sterling Heights, Mich. -- McClain Industries Inc. has reported sales for the second quarter ended March 31, 2002, of $16.8 million, compared with sales of $24.7 million for the same quarter last year; and a net loss of $825,570, compared with a net loss of $1.32 million for the same quarter last year.

Boca Raton, Fla. -- U.S. Plastic Lumber Corp. has reported operating income of $504,000 for the first quarter ended March 31, 2002, compared with operating loss of $3.1 million for the same quarter last year; and revenues of $36.9 million, compared with revenues of $38.6 million for the same quarter last year.

Englewood, Colo. -- CET Environmental Services Inc. has reported revenues for the quarter ended March 31, 2002, of $1.1 million, compared with revenues of $4.1 million for the same quarter last year; and a net loss of $1.1 million, compared with net income of $11,492 for the same quarter last year.
