Heather Turner is the Marketing Director For Circular & Renewable Solutions within the North America Packaging & Specialty Plastics business at Dow. She leads the cross-functional team to position Dow’s sustainable technologies, develop the innovation pipeline and drive market share for secondary and tertiary packaging applications. In addition to her current responsibilities, she was named to the Marketing Fellow corporate team driving marketing training, mentoring and best practices across Dow businesses.

Over her 22 years at Dow, Heather has had a variety of marketing roles in food packaging and the construction/pipe markets. She also had roles assessing innovation pipelines and commercializing new technologies (New Business Development) and collaborated downstream in the value chain working with brand owners, retailers, and other value chain participants to accelerate sustainable packaging developments. She has led the North America Value Chain and Sustainability team and the global New Business Development team at various points in her career as well.

Heather joined Dow in 2001 after her MBA from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University and has been based in Michigan, Taiwan, and currently Texas. She has served on the executive board of the Plastic Pipe Institute and currently participates on the Marketing Program Advisory Board at the Marriott School of Business at BYU.
