21 Violations Filed Against Garbage Truck Driver Accused of Killing Boy

No vehicle inspection, brakes out of service and turn signals that weren't working. These are just a few of the things police say were wrong with a garbage truck a worker from ICS Waste and Recycling was driving last February when police say he hit and killed a 4-year-old Albany boy.

Police slapped driver James Kelly with 21 tickets Wednesday, stemming from that Feb. 12, 2015 accident that killed the child.

The little boy was holding his mom's hand in the crosswalk at Central Avenue and Quail Street, heading to school when the garbage truck hit and killed him.
