Recycling Truck Accident Kills One Person

Authorities in Outagamie County say a man was killed in an accident involving a recycling truck.
Officials say the man was collecting recycling Wednesday morning in the town of Freedom. A person out walking saw the truck with its driver's side door open.
That person looked inside and saw the man in distress. It's unclear where in the truck the victim was found.
