Sebastian Mayor: Waste Management is in 'Breach of Contract'

City officials are unhappy that a compressed natural gas refueling station promised to Sebastian as part of the city's Waste Management franchise agreement has been moved to Vero Beach.

At a meeting, Mayor Richard Gillmor said he viewed the situation as a "breach of contract" on the part of Waste Management, and was particularly upset that any plans for the city to switch its vehicles to natural gas would be difficult without a refueling station in the city.
