Bayne Hires New General Manager

Bayne Premium Lift Systems, Greenville, S.C., has hired Doug Pheffer as its new general manager. Previously, Pheffer was the vice president of operations for Total Records & Information Management.

“Doug has the leadership skills and business savvy to help Bayne gain substantial growth in its core markets, while developing additional revenue streams in other markets,” said Randall Young, vice president and chief supply chain officer for Heil Environmental, Bayne’s parent company, in a press release. “In our short time together, I have been extremely impressed with his ability to clearly articulate his message and his passion for the business.
