Casella Waste Buys Mobile Renewable Energy Station
Casella Waste Systems Inc. has purchased a mobile renewable power station for mobile power and clean energy marketing at Casella promotional events.
Rutland, Vt.-based Casella purchased the station from Rochester, N.Y-based Arista Power Inc., which makes custom-designed power management and renewable energy storage systems, the company said in a news release.
The stations are designed to replace diesel generators in remote locations in a cost-effective manner with clean energy. The stations are customized to optimize available renewable energy.
