Washington — The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration will re-address the 2003 Hours of Service rule that regulates the length of time commercial truck drivers can operate their vehicles. The Federal Register will publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking today.
