GSE Acquires Serrot, Restructures Sales Team

Houston -- GSE Lining Technology Inc. has acquired Henderson, Nev.-based Serrot International Inc. from Waste Management Inc., Houston. Additionally, GSE has restructured its sales team and has named Gary R. Joachim vice president of North American sales and marketing, Steve Eckhart vice president of regional sales, Scott Biondi Mideast regional manager, Bob Trexler Southeast regional manager, and Rick Taylor Mountain regional manager.
