Heil Environmental Hires New Customer Support Manager

Heil Environmental, Chattanooga, Tenn., has announced the hire of Bill Shaw as the new customer support manager. The hire is another step for Heil to reorganize its customer service center, which will be moved into the sales and marketing division in order to align the company’s product development and voice of customer initiatives.

Shaw brings 17 years of customer service management to Heil from companies such as Bacou-Dalloz Americas and Hitachi Power Tools.
