Hi-Rise Sells Division

Miami -- Hi-Rise Recycling Systems Inc. has sold its architectural specified services division, excluding its Canadian operations, to Wilkinson-Hi-Rise LLC for an aggregate purchase price equal to $15 million in cash plus specified liabilities. The company has retained its solid waste division, which now constitutes nearly all of Hi-Rise's business.
