Highway Cleanup Program Debuts in Ohio

An anti-littering initiative has been started by Ohio.

The program, referred to as the "Sponsor-A-Highway" program, allows people or organizations to contribute to the litter clean-up costs in return for a mile of highway named after them and commemorated with a sign displaying a name. This is a hopeful attempt to fund the highway clean-up process that is already in place in the state.
