ISRI Names New Leadership Team

The board of directors for the Washington-based Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) has named a new leadership team. For two years, it will serve as an executive committee for the board, and work to establish key policies and the organization’s agenda.
George Adams Jr., president of Adams Steel, Anaheim, Calif., will serve as co-chair of the team with John Sacco, president of Sierra International Machinery, Bakersfield, Calif. Jerry Simms, general manager and director of environmental and legislative affairs for Denver-based Atlas Metal & Iron, will serve as vice chair. Finally, Doug Kramer, president of Los Angeles-based Kramer Metals, will serve as secretary treasurer.
