KAB, Coca-Cola Accepting Applications for Bin Grants

Keep America Beautiful (KAB) and Coca-Cola are accepting applications for their Recycling Bin Grant Program. The deadline to submit an application is March 18, 2011.

Grant winners will receive recycling bins and instruction from KAB on setting up recycling programs. Eligible recipients include government agencies, civic organizations, schools and nonprofit organizations.

“The great demand for recycling bins in public spaces reflects a growing interest in, and need for, expanded recycling access away from home,” said Matthew M. McKenna, president and CEO of KAB.
