Mack Trucks Inc., Allentown, Pa., has created Mack Commercial Finance, a captive finance company offering custom financial services to Mack distributors and customers in the United States and Canada.
The Institute for Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI), Washington, D.C., has created the Tire and Rubber Division to accommodate members of the National Association of Scrap Tire Processors (NASTP). ISRI also created a Scrap Tire Processors Chapter.
