North Carolina the Newest State to Propose Green Energy

Charlotte, N.C. — Cardinal Energy Service consultants recently proposed a green energy plan to the state Utilities Commission that would allow North Carolina consumers to buy "green" energy and electricity made from renewable sources such as landfill and waste gases.
