NWRA’s Anne Germain Reappointed to Federal Trade Advisory Committee

Arlington, VA – The National Waste & Recycling Association announced that Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Anne Germain was reappointed to serve on the United States Department of Commerce Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee (ETTAC). Germain was named as a representative of NWRA and the Waste Management & Recycling segment of the U.S. environmental technology industry.

“As an ongoing member of the ETTAC, we collaborate with government agencies to find markets for and support trade of recyclable commodities and recycling equipment through policy initiatives,” said Anne Germain.

The ETTAC provides recommendations and guidance to expand exports of environmental technologies, goods and services, and products that comply with U.S. environmental, safety, and related requirements.
