The Chemours Company (“Chemours”) (NYSE: CC), a global chemistry company with market positions in Titanium Technologies, Thermal & Specialized Solutions, and Advanced Performance Materials, was honored \with two awards from the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Better Buildings, Better Plants initiative, which recognizes partners for outstanding accomplishments in energy efficiency, decarbonization, water efficiency, or waste reduction projects or practices. This is the second year that Chemours has been recognized with both Better Project and Better Practice awards.

Energy Vault Holdings, Inc. a provider of sustainable grid-scale energy storage solutions, announced the appointment of Michael Beer as Chief Financial Officer. Beer will replace Jan Kees van Gaalen, who has served in the role since November 2022 and plans to retire. The appointment is effective April 15, 2024.
Prior to Energy Vault, Beer served as Chief Financial Officer for FreeWire Technologies, Inc. (FreeWire), an industry leader in ultra-fast EV charging, battery storage and energy management solutions, since 2021.

Leadpoint, a workforce solutions provider in the waste and recycling industry, announces that Atiba Ovid has joined the company as Vice President of Finance and Accounting. In this role, Ovid will oversee general accounting, financial planning and analysis, and tax compliance for Leadpoint, reporting directly to Dan Behrendt, Leadpoint’s CFO. Ovid holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Pennsylvania State University and a Master's in Accountancy from Texas A&M Corpus Christi.

LJP Waste Solutions, a leading provider of zero landfill and traditional waste management services, announced the appointment of Michael Malatesta as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective April 2, 2024.
Retiring CEO Steve Metz will remain on the LJP board and support key organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
