BOMAG Americas is pleased to announce that McCann Industries, Inc. has signed as a new full-line equipment dealer. From the company’s Addison, Ill., headquarters plus multiple branch locations in Illinois and northwest Indiana, McCann provides its customers with sales, rental, service, and parts support for the full BOMAG product line throughout northeastern Illinois and the greater Chicagoland market area, which includes counties in northwest Indiana.

McCann has supported contractors with leading equipment brands, sound technical support, and responsive and reliable service for more than 55 years. A win for contractors in the region, McCann now combines its philosophy of maximizing machine uptime with BOMAG’s extensive line of light equipment, complete range of asphalt paving, compaction and milling equipment, and market leading soil compaction equipment and technology.

CSI Leasing Malaysia, Sdn. Bhd. (“CSI Malaysia”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSI Leasing, Inc. (“CSI”), recently announced the acquisition of ExportXcel, Sdn. Bhd., an established company in Malaysia dealing in used and refurbished IT equipment, and providing buybacks, trade-ins, secure IT disposal and other related services. The new subsidiary joins multiple sister ITAD companies located throughout the Americas and Europe, including EPC, Inc., the flagship entity with headquarters near St. Louis, Mo, and will operate under the EPC banner.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, ExportXcel will expand CSI’s in-house ITAD capabilities to Asia by adding 42 highly experienced employees that process up to 15,000 assets yearly. Founder and CEO Leong Kam Moon will continue to manage the facility

Verde Resources, Inc (OTCQB: VRDR) proudly welcomes Dr. Don Fosnacht to its dynamic team as the National Certification & Extensive BCR (Biochar Carbon Removal) Implementation Specialist.

This strategic move builds on Verde's recent executive team expansion with Eric Bava and Andre van Zyl.
