Oshkosh, Terex Report Quarterly Earnings

Oshkosh, Wis. — Oshkosh Truck Corp. has reported third quarter 2002 net income of $21.6 million, compared with net income of $13.7 million for the same quarter last year, and sales of $489.5 million, compared with sales of $405.8 million for the same quarter last year.

Westport, Conn. — Terex Corp. has reported second quarter 2002 net income of $5.2 million, compared with net income of $12 million for the same quarter last year. Excluding the impact of restructuring and other special items, net income was $20.5 million, compared with net income of $14.2 million for the same quarter last year.
