Harrisburg, Pa. -- The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has seized a tractor-trailer hauling asbestos and then wheat for human consumption. The driver attempted to take the wheat to a mill but was rejected by the mill operator, who learned from state investigators that the wheat was contaminated. The driver was issued a summary citation by the Pennsylvania state police and faces a fine of up to $10,000.
