Norcal Waste Systems Inc., San Francisco, has announced Paul M. Watson has joined the company's board of directors. Watson recently retired from Wells Fargo bank.
Kirk Hansen has joined the Independent Mitigation and Cleaning/Conservation network's national office in Chicago. He has been named vice president of Insurer Relations. Hansen previously served as claim manager for Waste Management Inc.'s Oak Brook, Ill., office.
