  • Perrysburg, Ohio-based New Waste Concepts Inc. has named Margie Campbell vice president of North American sales and marketing. Campbell has been with New Waste since 2001. The firm also has appointed David Reed North American general sales manager.

  • Eugene, Ore.-based Peterson has appointed Bill Jensen factory service technician. Jensen will support the firm's Northwest customers.

  • Easley, S.C.-based RJM Waste Equipment has appointed Monica Black as director of accounting.

  • Madison, Ind.-based Rotary Lift has appointed Gary Kennon president of the company. An employee of the company for more than 20 years, Kennon had served as interim president and general manager of the firm since June 2005.

  • Long Beach, Calif.-based SCS Engineers has named Nick Jokanovich as its chief financial officer (CFO). Previously, Jokanovich was the CFO for a Puerta Vallarta, Mexico-based real estate developer, owner and operator.

Before joining Waste Age as the magazine's managing editor, he was an associate editor for American City & County and for National Real Estate Investor.

Prior to joining Penton, Stephen worked as a reporter for The Marietta Daily Journal and The Fulton County Daily Report, both of which are located in metro Atlanta.

Stephen earned a BA in History from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn.
