  • Warrenville, Ill.-based International Truck and Engine Corp. has named Jordan Feiger vice president and general manager of International's heavy vehicle center and John Lamoureux vice president and general manager of its severe service vehicle center.

  • Debra R. Reinhart, professor of environmental engineering at the University of Central Florida, Orlando, has been elected to the Washington, D.C.-based Environmental Research and Education Foundation's (EREF) board of directors for a three-year term.

  • Robert B. Gardner has been named senior vice president of Long Beach, Calif.-based SCS Engineers' national solid waste practice.

  • The Sacramento-based California Integrated Waste Management Board's (CIWMB) outgoing speaker of the assembly Robert M. Hertzberg has re-appointed Dan Eaton as a member until 2006.

  • SI Geosolutions, Chattanooga, Tenn., has named Greg Wilkerson vice president and general manager, Al Schnitkey director of marketing, Jack Rooke director of technology, R. Lee Pierce national sales manager and Eddie Cooper customer operations manager.

  • Bethlehem Steel Corp., Bethlehem, Pa., has elected Robert S. “Steve” Miller Jr. as chairman, CEO and a director. Duane R. Dunham will continue as president, chief operating officer and a director.

  • The National Recycling Coalition's (NRC) board of directors, Alexandria, Va., has elected Margretta Morris, EnergyAnswers Corp., Albany, N.Y., president of the NRC board; Dobbins Callahan, Collins & Aikman Floorcoverings Inc., Dalton, Ga., board chair; Pete Pasterz, Michigan State University, East Lansing, vice president; Lisa Skumatz, Skumatz Economic Research Associates Inc., Seattle, secretary; and Bernie Brill, Secondary Materials and Recycled Textile Association, Bethesda, Md., treasurer. Cis Myers, CH2M Hill, North York, Ontario, Canada; Steve Ragiel, Waste Management Inc., Houston; and Cherae Bishop, Weyerhaeuser Co., Tacoma, Wash., were elected to the executive committee of the board of directors as members-at-large. Kate Krebs also was awarded a 2-year employment agreement with the NRC to serve as the organization's executive director. Krebs has been NRC's interim executive director since October 2001.

  • CAPS Logistics, Atlanta, has named Chris Hane chief technical officer and Eric Nilsson vice president of development.

  • Redemtech, Columbus, Ohio, has named Eric M. Vetrano director of operations.

  • Foster Wheeler Ltd., Clinton, N.J., has named Raymond J. Milchovich president, CEO and chairman of the company's board of directors.

  • Arcadis G&M Inc., Highlands Ranch, Colo., has named John England associate vice president and area manager.

  • Minneapolis-based EnviroScrub Technologies Corp. (EnviroScrub) has named Robert D. Edwards, executive vice president of Allete Inc. and president of Minnesota Power, to its board of directors.

  • Advanced Chemical Co., Warwick, R.I., has named John Venditti vice president of business development and Raj K. Mishra technical director for North America.

  • Robert C. Lawson Jr. has been promoted to national specifications manager for North American Green, Evansville, Ind., Randy Anderson has joined the company as south Central regional sales manager, and Shannon Martin has joined as Southeast regional sales manager.

  • Steve Welling has been named national sales and marketing director for Boise, Idaho-based American Ecology Corp.'s national sales organization for hazardous and low-level radioactive waste disposal. Also, Thomas A. Volini has been named to the company's board of directors, and Michael J. Gilberg has been named vice president and corporate controller.

  • Joseph F. Longo, president and CEO of Startech Environmental Corp., Wilton, Conn., has resigned. Joseph S. Klimek will succeed Longo. The company also has named John R. Celentano vice president of marketing and Ralph N. Dechiaro vice president of business development.

  • Clayton Group Services Inc., Novi, Mich., has named Dan Ford vice president for Clayton's Honolulu office.

  • Robert W. Sitzwohl has been named vice president and general manager of Cleveland-based Alcoa Wheel and Forged Products' Commercial Vehicle Wheels division.

  • Robert H. King Jr. has been named president of the Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB), Milwaukee.

  • European Plastics Recyclers (EuPR), Brussels, Belgium, has re-elected Bernard Merkx president, and has named Mark Burstall chairman of the WG11 for plastics recycling and Gert Willems as a member of the CEN/TC249/WG11.
