Norwell, Mass.-based Clean Harbors has named Gene Banucci to its board of directors. Banucci is chairman and founder of ATMI, a supplier of specialty materials to the worldwide semiconductor industry.
Woodbury, N.Y.-based Dvirka and Bartilucci Consulting Engineers has added three new employees. Christina Mefford has joined the firm as a CAD technician, Steven Vastola as a resident engineer, and Brian Werner as an environmental scientist.
