Allied Waste Industries Inc., Scottsdale, Ariz., has announced that its subsidiary, Allied Waste North America Inc., plans to sell $500 million in senior notes.

Bomag, Kewanee, Ill., has sold its Stow product line to Multiquip Inc., Carson, Calif.

Miami-based Hi-Rise Recycling Systems Inc. has sold its architectural specified services division, excluding its Canadian operations, to Wilkinson-Hi-Rise LLC for an aggregate purchase price equal to $15 million in cash plus specified liabilities. The company has retained its solid waste division, which now constitutes nearly all of Hi-Rise's business.

Shaw Group Inc., Baton Rouge, La., has agreed to purchase the IT Group Inc., Pittsburgh.
