SCS Appoints New Head of Solid Waste Planning and Facilities Practice Group

Long Beach, Calif.-based SCS Engineers (SCS) has named Michelle Mulet Nicholls director of materials and resources management services. She will lead the firm’s Solid Waste Planning and Facilities Practice Group in SCS’s Western Region. Nicholls has been with the firm since 1998 and will remain based in the firm’s Long Beach office.

“We are excited to have Michelle take on this new role,” said Patrick Sullivan, senior vice president of SCS, in a press release. “Resource management captures the essence of SCS’s fully integrated service offering to our private and public clients. We will further expand our solid waste planning and sustainability services with Michelle leading the group.”
