Baton Rouge, La. -- As a result of The Shaw Group Inc.'s purchase of certain assets of The IT Group Inc., Mahwah, N.J., EMCON/OWT Solid Waste Services will operate as a subsidiary of Shaw's environmental and infrastructure division under its new name, EMCON/OWT Inc.
