Amber Axtell, a senior at McMinnville High School in McMinnville, Ore., was awarded first place in the high school division of the Recycling Awareness Week poster contest held last November. The contest is a yearly event sponsored by City Sanitary and Recycling Service, a subsidiary of K.E. Enterprises, McMinnville, Ore.
