SWANA honors John F. Boss with Professional Achievement Award

The Executive Committee of the Solid Waste Association of North America’s (SWANA) International Board has selected retired member John F. Boss, to receive the association’s Professional Achievement Award. Boss, who has 40 years of professional engineering experience, has served as a technical advisor, project director and senior consultant on a wide variety of solid waste management assignments and has served as a regional solid waste program manager. He will be recognized at WASTECON 2006 in Charlotte, N.C.

SWANA’s Professional Achievement Awards Program recognizes individual achievement and commitment to the association as well as economically and environmentally sound management of solid waste and public health/environmental protection.
