Cincinnati-based Finn Corp. has announced it is moving its Fairfield, Ohio, factory. Customer parts and service support, as well as marketing and sales, will still be provided from the company's Eugene, Ore., location.

Torrance, Calif.-based Master Solutions has purchased the customer lists and products of Carosella Software, West Chester, Pa. The purchase includes the QuickOil, QuickGas and QuickTrash software products.

Randolph, Ohio-based East Manufacturing has named Centerpointe Truck Equipment and Sales, Fontana, Calif., as an authorized dealer.

Clement Industries, Minden, La., has named Hialeah, Fla.-based Utility Trailer Sales and Leasing and St. Rose, La.-based Parish Truck Sales as distributors.

Waste Pro USA, Longwood, Fla., has been awarded a collection and disposal contract from Lee County, Fla.
