Waste Holdings Names Perry CEO

Raleigh, N.C. -- Waste Holdings Inc. has announced that Jim W. Perry, current president and chief operating officer, will succeed Lonnie C. Poole Jr. as CEO, effective July 1, 2002. Poole will remain chairman of the board of directors for the company.
