Waste Pro Acquires WasteCo Services

Longwood, Fla. — Waste Pro, Longwood, Fla., has acquired WasteCo Services, Hilton Head, S.C. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The purchase includes 17 trucks that provide commercial front load, roll off and portable sanitation services. Waste Pro estimates the deal will create an additional $5 million per year in revenue for the firm’s Hilton Head Division. Arthur Smith, previously the owner of WasteCo Services, has been named the regional vice president for Waste Pro of South Carolina.
