WCA Waste Purchases Missouri Landfill And Collection Company

Houston — WCA Waste Corp., Houston, has purchased Gecko Investments LLC, whose assets include the Eagle Ridge Landfill in Bowling Green, Mo., and a collection company located about 50 miles outside of St. Louis.

The 271-acre landfill contains 50 permitted acres and has about 18 years of remaining life at current volumes. The collection company services about 1,750 customers and disposes its waste at the landfill.
