Biffa Acquires Construction and Demolition Waste Operator L&S Waste Management

Biffa, a waste management company in the UK, has announced it has acquired L&S Waste Management, a construction and demolition waste operator in South Coast.

This acquisition, according to Biffa, is part of the company’s plan to develop low-carbon recycling solutions for its local authority and industrial customers across the UK. Biffa is also looking to increase the amount of recycled products available to the construction industry. Biffa has confirmed that L&S will continue to trade as L&S Waste Management.

“Biffa is the largest collector of waste and recycling in the UK and the addition of L&S’ capability in the C&D sector will further strengthen our services in this important market.”
