Heritage Environmental Services Completes Acquisition of EBV Explosives Environmental

Following its initial announcement back in June, Heritage Environmental Services (Heritage) has now successfully completed its acquisition of EBV Explosives Environmental Company, Inc. (EBV) from General Dynamics.

EBV, a Joplin, Missouri based energetic waste disposal provider, joins Heritage bringing along a complete set of commercial, government, and industrial waste disposal assets. EBV’s 55-acrea facility features a rotary kiln incinerator, a car bottom furnace, 11 thermal treatment units, and several automated demilitarization lines.
