Waste Pro of Florida Acquires Two Properties for $12 Milion in Effort to Consolidate Operations

According to area deeds, Waste Pro of Florida has acquired two properties in Pinellas Park for a combined $12.1 million.

According to area deeds, Waste Pro of Florida has acquired two properties in Pinellas Park for a combined $12.1 million.

Waste Pro of Florida, one of Central Florida's largest private companies, purchased the area from AAA Service Co., a local demolition company. According to a company spokesperson, Waste Pro plans to consolidate its Pinellas County operations at this new site. The company did not say what it plans to do with its current facility in Clearwater, Fla.

According to Pinellas County property records, the new area, an 11.82-acre site, was classified as vacant industrial land. Previously the site was home to Weintraub Recycling, the concrete recycling division of AAA Service Co.
