Waste truck distributor TruckPro LLC has acquired transportation retailer and distributor CCI Corp. for an undisclosed amount.

Memphis, Tenn.-based TruckPro said in a news release that it completed the purchase of Lemont, Ill.-based CCI, including its network of more than 100 retail stores, service shops and distribution center locations. The acquisition doubles TruckPro’s size and provides an expanded store and service shop footprint in North America. It also strengthens product and advanced service offerings in the gearing and drivetrain categories.

The addition of CCI gives TruckPro 165 retail store and service shop operations in North America. All CCI operations, field store and shop personnel will remain with the company.

“The addition of CCI to TruckPro’s existing business positions TruckPro as the leading provider of heavy duty truck & trailer products and advanced repair services in North America,” said Steve Riordan, TruckPro chairman and CEO.
