Wastebuilt Environmental Solutions LLC has acquired two Arizona waste and recycling equipment operations for an undisclosed amount.

The Chicago-based Wastebuilt purchased the ACS Companies, Action Compaction Services and Action Container Solutions, based in Phoenix, according to a news release. American Container makes waste containers, compactors and vertical balers at its facility in Phoenix. Action Compaction provides compactor and baler service, repair and installation.

“This transaction continues the ongoing strategy of Wastebuilt, to provide a customer-focused source for equipment, parts and service supported by manufacturing facilities, said Wastebuilt CEO Greg Podell.
